Manufacturer Warranty and Complementary At-Home Labour Warranty

All scooters and powerchairs benefit from a manufacturer's two year non-transferable parts warranty (one year for purchases prior to January 2019), excluding wear and tear items and consumables. Batteries have a one year warranty. Please refer to product brochures for details of any additional warranty cover specific to each product. All cosi chairs have 12 month warranty with some models benefiting from extended manufacturers warranty depending on the model, please ask for details.

We provide 'At Home' call outs to back up the manufacturer's warranty with national (UK mainland) on-site support to fix most problems (scooters, powerchairs and riser-recliners) at your own home (non-transferable), within the 1st year. We will charge £95.00 up-front for the call out which is refunded once a warranty fault is confirmed by the engineer, as opposed to user error. In the majority of cases, repairs can be completed at your home, but occasionally it may be necessary to take a product away for repair/replacement.
