"Just to say how helpful in finding the correct part for me. It was my battery charger was faulty but I did not know which was the right one. As I have a liteway 8 the charger is not a normal 3 pinlead it has 4 pin. You come up with a anwser with the correct charger, but went the extra mile and checked out with liteway that is was the right one. So putting my mind at rest about my purchase and being very swift at the beginning, middle, and the end to the item being delivered."

Came really quickly and despite an issue with the packaging which was down to the courier service, they have been helpful and understanding. Customer service was impeccable by email which is far easier for me than using the telephone. Definitely would not hesitate to use this company again and thank you to John and Natalie who sorted out the problem for me. "

"THIS FIRM IS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT ! Tanya & Natalie were both incredibly helpful & friendly. We purchased a new Rascal Veo Sport - and ordering from Regent Mobility, we saved over ?300 on what the exactly same scooter cost at our local retailer/supplier ! I.E. approx. 30% less ! We will DEFINITELY be using this brilliant firm again, next time we need anything else. My wife is over-the-moon with her new Rascal, it will give her so much more independence and enjoyment. She's already planning on "customizing" it, with a few flowery stickers, etc. The ONLY downside was that we paid for next day delivery before 12 noon for Friday. Unfortunately, (and with absolutely NO FAULT of Regent) the courier firm involved (TNT) FAILED to deliver until yesterday (Monday). But Regent kindly refunded the delivery fee to us - so A BIG THANKS to Tanya & Natalie again " So RegentMobility may be small - BUT they are extremely BIG on customer service and loyal to their customers... "I was very apprehensive about ordering via the internet, however a conversation with both Regent and the manufacturer allayed my worries.My scooter was delivered as promised on inspection it had been clearly damaged in transit. Photographs were submitted and a replacement was sent by return.All through the process Regent were in constant contact with me. I would advice anyone who is physically unwell to ensure they either have help on hand upon delivery as the entire scooter is in one box, or pay the extra to have it unpacked and assembled.
