DELIVERY & RETURNS
Standard delivery is FREE to the UK Mainland for orders over £400. Please contact us to discuss delivery to the UK offshore - we are not able to deliver to non-UK addresses. We also offer white glove delivery for larger items (details below). For smaller items, Electric Mobility products are normally delivered next working day, if ordered before 1pm. Please allow up to 5 working days for all other items.
We normally deliver Monday - Friday. Weekend deliveries can occasionally be arranged, please do ask us.
White Glove Delivery
White glove delivery is available at a cost of £65.00 and can be selected in the shopping basket. This service, for scooters, powerchairs and riser-recliners involves trained staff handing over your product ready assembled, with instruction and demonstration. For scooters and powerchairs this includes you being offered a trial ride. We will locate the product in the room of your choice including upstairs. You will not be called upon to assist with lifting or carrying. The delivery staff are courteous and knowledgeable.
Orders are normally dispatched on the same or the next working day, to regional distribution centres. We aim to complete delivery to your door within 7 working days but this can vary. If we anticipate any delay with your order, we will call to let you know.
Your order can usually be delivered to you in the UK on the next working day by courier for orders received before 1pm. Deliveries to Northern Ireland are normally delivered within five working days.
Standard deliveries of large items involve a courier drop-off to ground-floor level only and you may be required to assist with lifting and carrying to your door, so it is essential that somebody is available to help receive the order for the largest products on standard delivery. You will also need to unpack and set up the product (basic assembly) as well as disposing of the packaging. If in any doubt, please opt for White Glove delivery at time of purchase. If you are not able to assemble your product received on Standard Delivery, you can subsequently purchase an engineer visit to your home to complete the assembly for you.
This is an all-day courier service with delivery hours between 8am and 6pm.
For white glove delivery of larger items, your purchase transaction is complete after the product handover, during which you are asked to carefully inspect the product at your own home, to confirm it is what you ordered, has no damage and is operating to your satisfaction. Please inspect the product very carefully and if you feel there are any problems, be sure to flag them up to the delivery staff who will make a note of your concerns and may take photographs.
Should you decide to reject a large item (scooter / powerchair / riser recliner / bed) that is deemed by our engineers to be in perfect condition and to match your order, we will ask that you pay for the return transportation at a cost of £50. Rejection of faulty goods will be refunded in full. The white glove delivery is an optional service that is not refunded, other than when goods are faulty or not as described.
You may request a return for any reason within 14 days, but within that time you may only try out the products to the extent you might do so in a shop. If the products have been used beyond just trying out, then we are not able to refund in full as we only sell our customers brand new products, not ones that have already been used. We can still accept used products but the "nearly new" value will be considerably lower. The cost of us returning to collect large products for return is £105.
For all smaller orders, if the items are as described and without fault, not been used and in original packaging return carriage is the responsibility of the recipient. If you would like us to organise collection on your behalf, please ask us for a quote and the cost can then be deducted from your refund.
Made to Order
'Made to Order' items are non-refundable (other than if faulty or not as described) and once such an order is in production it can not be cancelled.
