All products benefit from a manufacturer's one year non-transferable parts and labour warranty. In addition, many vehicle and chair models benefit from a lifetime frame guarantee (also non-transferable), please refer to product brochures for further details.

Regent Mobility backs up the manufacturer warranty with national (UK mainland) on-site support to fix many problems with larger items (scooters, powerchairs and riser-recliners) at your own home. This is very important in ensure you do not suffer an extended period where you are unable to use your product. This is a superior service to the automatic "return to base" policy of many of our competitors.

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with a product supplied by Regent Mobility you should immediately CONTACT us. We will arrange to inspect the product and, if found to be a manufacturing fault, repair or replace the faulty component at no cost to yourself.
