DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
Standard delivery is FREE to the UK Mainland for orders over £400. Please contact us to discuss delivery to other locations. We also offer white glove delivery for larger items (details below) at a nominal charge For smaller items, Electric Mobility products are normally delivered next day, if ordered before 1pm. Please allow up to 5 days for all other items.
We normally delivery Monday - Friday. Weekend deliveries can be arranged for larger items, often at no extra cost.
White Glove Delivery
Our white glove delivery (for scooters, powerchairs, riser-recliners and beds) involves trained staff handing over your product ready assembled, with instruction and demonstration. For scooters and powerchairs this includes you being offered a trial ride. We will locate the product in the room of your choice, wherever that may be. You will not be called upon to assist with lifting or carrying. The delivery staff are courteous and knowledgeable.
Orders are normally dispatched on the same or the next working day, to regional distribution centres. We aim to complete delivery to your door within 5 working days. If we anticipate any delay with your order, we will call to let you know.
Standard Delivery
We also offer a free standard delivery and for Electric Mobility products, can usually get a product to you on the next working day for orders received before 1pm. Standard deliveries of large items involve a more basic courier drop-off and you may be required to assist in lifting and carrying to your door, so it is essential that somebody is available to receive the order. Some basic assembly of the product may then be required by yourself, but this is straight forward and instructions are included. This is an all-day courier service with delivery hours between 8am and 6pm.
Returns
For white glove delivery of larger items, your purchase transaction is complete after the product handover, during which you are asked to carefully inspect the product at your own home, to confirm it is what you ordered, has no damage and is operating to your satisfaction. Please inspect the product very carefully and if you feel there are any problems, be sure to flag them up to the delivery staff who will make a note of your concerns and may take photographs.
Should you decide to reject a large item (scooter / powerchair / riser recliner / bed) that is deemed by our engineers to be in perfect condition and to match your order, we will ask that you pay for the return transportation. Rejection of faulty goods will be refunded in full.
Following sign-off, larger items are fully covered under warranty and repairs will be carried out at your home where possible. In the unlikely event of a major fault, the product will be collected, repaired or replaced and then returned. All this is at no additional cost to yourself.
Please Note that for Build to Order items 50% is non refundable should the item be rejected with no fault.
